Do I need to sign up ahead?
 Sometimes we have to cancel a class.  If you sign up ahead, you will receive a notification via email of cancellation. If you don't sign up ahead, check this schedule before coming in.  Also, it helps us to know who is coming to class.
 
What do I need to bring to class?
Dress comfortably and bring a mat and water.  We have a few mats to borrow and sell waters if you prefer.  We suggest coming 10 minutes ahead to settle in for your class.
