Class Descriptions

Flow 45 & Flow 60

Yoga Flows connect poses to each other in a moving meditation.  In transitioning between poses, we develop balance, focus, and strength. These classes are usually set to music, so you can find your groove. 

All-Level Flow allows beginners to practice alongside more experienced yogis.

Prenatal Yoga 60 & 75

Prenatal Yoga allows moms to be space to explore movement in their bodies while alleviating some of the stress on the body and mind.  Nurture your body as it nurtures your growing baby.

Power Flow 45, 60, & 75

Yoga Flows connect poses to each other in a moving meditation.  In transitioning between poses, we develop balance, focus, and strength. These classes are usually set to music, so you can find your groove. 

Power Flow will incorporate more difficult poses which require more strength to maneuver.  Expect to work harder in this Flow.

Restore 60 & Restore & Flow 60

Release tension in the muscles and nervous system with this low & slow practice.  We move into poses, often supported by pillows or blocks for maximum comfort - and then we stay for a while, unraveling, stretching, releasing.

Beautiful music and candlelight set the stage for a rejuvenating practice.  Allow yourself some peace and release.  In Restore & Flow, we add in a slow flow to move the body before the deep stretches.

Gentle 60 & Slow Flow 60

Yoga helps to develop strength and flexibility while enhancing balance.  We move more slowly between poses - and honor our bodies - while finding safe ways to challenge ourselves.

This class is ideal for people of all ages - and who want a slower, gentler practice.

Kids Yoga 60

Want to enrich your children's minds and bodies and provide them with the benefits of yoga?  Emotional stability, inner calm, deeper focus, body awareness are just a few of these benefits.  These classes are helpful - and REALLY FUN!
