300 HR ADVANCED YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

THE TEACHER'S PATH, CONTINUED.

For the teacher who knows the foundation is only the beginning.

You’ve walked the path. You’ve studied, practiced, and shared.
You’ve felt how yoga reshapes not just the body but the way we live, breathe, and see the world.

And still — you know there is more.

The 300-hour journey is not about adding hours. It is about going deeper into the heart of practice, into the subtle places where teaching becomes art, where philosophy becomes lived wisdom, where your voice becomes clearer, steadier, truer.

This is not a training to “add on.”

It is a training to root down— and from there, to expand.
WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?
This immersion is for yoga teachers who are ready to:

* Refine their craft with curiosity and care.
* Explore the body not just as anatomy, but as a living map of energy and awareness.
* Step into their role as guides, mentors, and community weavers.
* Deepen their relationship with the texts and teachings of yoga — as practices, not just philosophy.
* Stay a student, always.

   WHAT WILL WE STUDY?

The training is specifically designed to help you with:

  • Deepening Practice: Students explore both practical and subtle yoga techniques, enhancing their own practice and ability to guide others.

  • Advanced Asanas and Sequencing: The training covers more complex poses and sequencing methods, allowing teachers to create more dynamic and challenging classes.

  • Yoga Philosophy and History: Students delve deeper into the philosophical underpinnings of yoga, understanding its history and traditions.

  • Teaching Skills and Methodology: The training focuses on refining teaching techniques, including adjustments, cueing, and class design.

  • Anatomy and Physiology: Students gain a more in-depth understanding of the body's mechanics, helping them create safe and effective practices.

ONE YEAR. 12 WEEKENDS. INFINITE DEPTH.

Think of this training as an experiment in yoga, with you as both the subject and the scientist.

Meeting one weekend a month for twelve months gives your nervous system time to process, your muscles time to remember, and your brain time to rewire. Each gathering is like a lab: we test techniques, explore philosophy, and recalibrate body and mind. The spaces in between are where the real integration happens—daily life becomes the practice field, and you arrive each month ready to level up. By the end of the year, you’ll have built not just hours of training, but a whole new operating system for your yoga and your teaching.

Great historical foundation of yoga and many relevant resources shared. Loved the various modifications that were shared during training for all types of students.
