About the event
Join Kelsey, Paige and Dr. Lisa for this heart-centered yoga practice. This event consists of 45 minutes of an invigorating, all-level flow, followed by a 45 minute sound bath & reiki session.
During the sound bath, you'll rest on a mat, tucked in with our bolsters and blankets - while you receive healing energy through sound and a reiki practitioner.
