Consistent physical activity improves heart health, strengthens muscles and bones, helps maintain a healthy weight, reduces the risk of various health conditions, and boosts mood by releasing endorphins. Sleep is often overlooked but is equally important for overall well-being. Sufficient, high-quality sleep allows our bodies to repair and recharge, promoting cognitive function, emotional well-being and immune system strength.
